Shipping and Delivery

UK shipping will be Next Day Special Delivery .

Delivery for Europe is via "International Signed For (Airmail)" and takes from 3-5 days.

Delivery for the rest of the world is via "International Signed For (Airmail)" and takes from 5-10 days.

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a Statutory cooling-off period of seven business days in which the consumer may cancel their order without giving reason.

The returns and refunds policy and procedure applies to all returned goods whether they are unwanted gifts, goods for exchange, incorrect items, damaged or defective items. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.

Ready Made Dresses Only
If you purchase a dress from my ready made section and decide you do not wish to keep the dress, they can be returned to me within 7 days for the UK, I allow longer for international buyers to return their dress due to the postal service time.
The dress must be in exactly the same condition it came to you, garments that have been worn or have pet hair on, perfume etc. will not be accepted for return, all tags must also be intact.
If returning an item, please contact me as soon as you receive your item to request a refund.
You will receive the refund as soon as I have received the returned item, I advise you to send by a tracked or 'signed-for' service as I cannot issue a refund unless I receive the item back. This is for your own peace of mind as then you can track the parcel.
I refund the cost of the dress only, I do not issue refunds for postage costs.

Made To Measure Dresses
Dresses that are Made To Measure cannot be returned as a result of the dress not fitting (unless the dress does not match the measurements supplied). These have been made to the customer-supplied measurements and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct measurements.
To make it easier for you to supply the correct measurements I have supplied information on the Size Measurement section on the website.
As Made To Measure garments are made to customer specifications, this is in accordance with the Exempt Items section of the distance selling act 2002.

Should you have any problems with your order please email as soon as the item has been received so that any issues can be resolved quickly. All shipped items are tracked so that delivery times can be determined. If any returns are made, the shipping cost is incurred by the customer and goods should be sent by a registered method - the garment remains the responsibility of the customer until it is signed for on receipt.

We will ship made to measure items within 2 days of completion - please allow 2-3 weeks after measurements have been received for completion of an order.

If you require an order in a hurry please email me first to ask if this can be achieved.

Ready made dresses will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment.

If your country has customs import tax your parcel may get delayed, they may charge you an extra cost which is NOT included in the price of your purchase.

I will send you notification about your order when I am to process this, once made if made to measure I will again contact you to let you know your item is ready and has been shipped to you, I will also provide you with a tracking reference number so you can track your parcel.

I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered item, but will endeavour to help you in any way I can to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time, for international buyers I would advise you to insure your parcel, if you would like to do this you will need to contact me for the extra cost as the shipping costs are for track and trace or signed for only.

For the UK your parcel is fully insured to the value of your purchase as I use next day special delivery.
